On AppleTV, when clicking on the avatar on the top left, we are currently presented with a dialog to "Switch Profiles" or "Cancel". I only ever click on the avatar when I am trying to switch profiles, so I think this extra step is not needed. Even if the user didn't intend to switch profiles, clicking ok on the actual profiles screen is the same amount of clicks as clicking cancel in the initial dialog, so there is no real downside to this suggested change.
