[TV Shows] Skip Intro / Outro

This has to be done per season, as intros/outros change every season.

For Intro : Check for the 1st episode of a show when it is moved forward in the first 10 minutes before stopping, set the intro to that time. Next episode, that time is prompted on the right with "Skip Video (2:49)" so one knows where the video is going to be forwarded. When skipped, check if the user is skipping more to readjust, and record that. If he's not skipping more, that means it's a good timestamp.

For Outro : Check when 1st episode of a show got interrupted, same logic as intros, for next episodes show "Play Next" at that time.

This would make the experience easier for users, no need to constantly skip and destroy our remotes.
