[Live] Add Ability to resequence live channel categories

I currently have probably 100(ish) categories. It would be nice to be able to resequence them in an order that would be more useful to me.

You can do that with pinning!
@Dave, You are right, this would work, but I view this as more of a workaround than a solution. I'd still like to leave this on a wishlist. But I can work with this until implemented!
